It's very rare to find a company who attends and not ignoring complaints. Most or almost all companies in Oman will just ignore your complain or even blame you for your complain. Well, MLS is not one of them, i was surprised how they deal with me about a very minor complain about how they cut the meat I ordered (take note: just the way they cut and not the quality,cos the meat quality is great). After few hours, they send me a replacement and a special gift. Where can you find such kind of customer care? Only MLS.
