This is the perfect cut ( size and marbling ) you can get for Air Fryer Steak.
Cooking steps
1- Freez the meat ( it has to be frozen ice )
2- Through the frzone meat directly into air fryer ( IT has to be frozen meat )
3- Season with ( olive oil + smoked salt + rainbow black papper )
3- Cook for 7 min each side at 175 degree
4- Rest the steak for 5 min
5- Enjoy your best steak at home

Since discovering MLS, I only buy my meet from them. I also bought many times their sirloins and ribeyes that are also of excellent quality and tastes. I highly recommend any of their meats.
