Mishkak is prepared in local-style skewers from Australian lamb with two pieces of fat in the middle. Each skewer is 40gm. 4 meat cubes and 2 fat cube. 100% fresh. 100% halal.
Ingredients: Salt, Ginger Powder, Black Pepper Powder, Garlic Powder, Garam Masala, Turmeric Powder, Lemon Juice, Tamarind Paste and Sunflower Oil.
