Buy Fresh Somali Whole Lamb Carcass (11 Kg) Online in Oman | 100% Halal. Our Somali whole lamb carcass is a rich natural source of vitamin B12, iron, and zinc, freshly slaughtered and processed right here in Oman.
Each carcass includes two legs, two shoulders, and two ribs, and can be cut to your preference: Whole Carcass, Half Carcass, 6 Way Cut, Azooma, or Bone-in Cubes — just add a note for special requests.
Listed weight is the farm-provided measurement; after Halal processing and trimming, usable meat is approximately 80-85% (15-20% trimmings packed separately for full transparency).
FREE with every order: 2 x AUS grass-fed lamb burgers, 125gm each (unseasoned), and FREE delivery across Muscat & Sohar.
Liver 500g and kidney 120g are included; carcass supplied without head and trotters. Please allow a weight variation of +/- 15gm per packet.
