The whole carcass consists of two legs, two shoulders, and two ribs. Please choose from the cutting options mentioned on the site or if you have a special request, write to us in the notes and we will take care of it. All our products are 100% Halal.
The listed weight reflects the farm-provided measurement. After Halal processing and trimming, the final usable portion is about 80-85%, with 15-20%as trimmings, which we pack separately. We prioritize quality and transparency in every cut.
