A Lamb butterfly cut is a boneless cut that comes from the leg of the lamb. The leg is deboned and split open, resembling the wings of a butterfly when laid flat, which is how it gets its name. This cut is perfect for grilling, barbecuing, or roasting, as it allows for even cooking and can easily be marinated to enhance flavor. It’s ideal for quick cooking methods or for stuffing and rolling for a more elaborate dish.

When do you deliver?
Express 2 hours delivery, all days of the week, of all fresh meat products across Muscat.
Grills and accessories delivery?
All grills and accessories orders are fulfilled by our partner Casabella Oman in 24 to 48 hours. They work all days of the week except Friday.
Do I need to tip my delivery driver?
There’s no need to tip your delivery driver — we are committed to paying a living wage that doesn’t depend on tips.
