NZ Beef Roast
This was a new order from me. I dont usually order roasts as I prefer steaks (Ribeye). So I ordered 2 roasts at 1 kg each. With roasts, they tend to shrink a lot, so this was the reason for 1kg size. It was very good, but I would prefer sticking to my normal order of ribeyes. If you like lean beef, this is for you. I go by "no fat no flavor".
